She completed the following fields of study:
- first-cycle studies in the full-time form in the field of Pedagogy with the specialization Resocialization completed at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow;
- second-cycle studies in full-time form in the field of Management, specializing in Management in the public and non-governmental sector obtaining a master's degree with distinction, made at the Jagiellonian University;
- second-cycle studies in full-time form in the field of Special Pedagogy in the specialty: Oligophrenopedagogy carried out at the Pedagogical University of Commission of National Education in Krakówculminating in obtaining the title of Master;
- second-cycle studies in full-time form in the field of Law completed at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, after completion of which she obtained the title master.
During her studies in Law, she advised in the Civil Section of the Student Legal Clinic of the Jagiellonian University.

In the years 2015-2017, she completed legal counsel training at the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Katowice. In 2018, she passed the state attorney-at-law examination at the first attempt and, after taking the oath, was entered into the list of legal advisors at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Katowice.
In her professional practice so far, she has dealt with labor law, including: reorganization of employers, development of trial strategies, liquidation of enterprises, employee claims and participated in numerous court disputes. At the Law Firm, he provides legal services to entrepreneurs, the creation and transformation of companies, and also advises on real estate law and represents clients during court proceedings. He has many years of experience in serving public sector entities, including issues related to, among others: with administrative and civil law.
Entered on the list of mediators kept by the President of the District Court in Bielsko-Biała.

Attorney Sabina Żyrek
lawyer, mediator, founder of the law firm,
specialist in civil law, in particular family and guardianship law, and criminal law.
In the years 2007-2012, she graduated from the University of Łódź, Faculty of Law and Administration, and then completed legal training at the District Bar Council in Bielsko-Biała, as a result of which - after successfully passing the professional exam in 2017 - she obtained the title of attorney. She began her professional experience in tax offices (in 2008 to 2009) in the field of ongoing customer service.
During her law studies, she advised the Academia Iuris Foundation, which helps the poorest.
During her law studies, she also completed an internship with the Team of legal advisors as part of her professional practice at the Legal Services Department of Bankowy Fundusz Leasingowy S.A.
After graduating, she gained professional experience in law firms in the Łódź Voivodeship and then the Silesian Voivodeship, practicing broadly understood civil law, criminal law, family law and providing services to companies, individual clients and foundations.
He has held the professional title of attorney since 2017, and has been successfully running his own professional practice continuously since 2021.
He holds the title of mediator obtained in 2022 at the Mediation Center at the Supreme Bar Council in Warsaw.
